INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY STATEMENT

RUANO ENERGIA SL adopts a Management System for Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and environmental protection as means of guaranteeing its results in a sustained manner, with a focus on SUSTAINABILITY and CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT in all its processes.

The scope established in the company is: Installation of photovoltaic plants, transformer stations and medium voltage electrical lines.

This approach is based on the fundamental values of health and safety protection, respect for people, teamwork, respect for the environment, and is embodied in the following Values:

1.Leadership of the management and the whole organisation with quality, occupational health and safety and environmental management as a way not only to meet the expectations of its customers, but also to continuously improve their level of satisfaction.

2. Vision to promote the culture of quality, health and safety at work and environmental protection, striving for continuous improvement throughout the organisation, in suppliers and, in general, in the environments in which it carries out its activities. Integration of the values of the Integrated Management System in the strategy of the Business.

3. Consideration of environmental aspects and sustainability criteria in all the activities of the Business, with the aim of minimising the impact that these may have on the environment and promoting the rational use of resources.

4. Environmental awareness and protection through the participation of its employees and stakeholders, developing awareness-raising, training and sensitisation initiatives.

5. Management oriented towards risk management to avoid situations with damage to people’s health or safety, incidents, or subsequent corrections, with the aim of “zero accidents”.

6. Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to which the organisation subscribes in relation to environmental and occupational health and safety risks, including relevant aspects such as road safety and work-related stress management.

7.Promotion of internal and external communication, as well as the active participation of employees as means of involving them in the different aspects of the Management System.

This policy applies to all company activities, is communicated to all employees and is published on the organisation’s website together with the different certificates, for all interested parts to wish to know the policy and the scope of the system. The company’s management is committed to keep this policy under review for its continuous adaptation.
